Connecting Shopify

Simple step by step guide on how to connect your Shopify store to your Shipsidekick WMS to sync products and orders.

To connect to a Shopify store:

  1. If you are a 3PL, you will need to connect your clients shopify store in their account, do this by select the client from the account switcher at the top of the page.

  2. Once you are in the correct account, click on the Apps link on the top navigation menu.

  3. Click on the Shopify icon, listed under stores.

  4. Click on the Install Shopify App button in the Connect Shopify popup.

  5. Follow the onscreen instructions.

  6. Once connected, you will need to configure the connection. View the Configuring Your Shopify Connection article for details on how to configure the connection.
